Our home sleeps up to 8 in comfort
The open plan living area with its high ceiling gives our home a light and airy feeling. It is tastefully decorated and fully furnished to a very high standard.

For your entertainment there is a cable TV, VCR and CD Hi-Fi. We have also supplied a small number of CD's and video films for your enjoyment, and especially for the kids (young and old) a playstation with games.
The house is fully air conditioned and ceiling fans have been fitted in the living room and master bedroom for additional comfort.

There is a formal dining area with seating for 6 people and also a breakfast nook with a dining table and chairs to seat 4.
There are numerous restaurants and fast food outlets nearby but if you want to do your own thing the kitchen is fully fitted with all the latest equipment, including full size cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, sink with waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils you may require, and of course don't forget that teapot.
We also have a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, so there is no need to pack all those heavy suitcases. In fact you might want to take a spare case along to bring home all your shopping!

The pool faces south allowing you to make the most of the Florida sunshine throughout the year but also has a shaded lanai area for the times when you need a break from the sun. We have luxurious padded patio chairs and reclining sun loungers. We have even thought about the children and have provided two child size chairs as well. When the sun goes down outdoor and underwater lighting allows you to continue enjoying the pool and patio area.

At the rear of the house there is a fully screened swimming pool with plenty of decking for sunbathing. |

If required, the pool can be heated for an additonal charge, although heating is normally only needed between October to late April/early May.
